ORAN -- Jim Gosche has joined First Financial Bank of Southeast Missouri as vice president.
Joe W. Gooch, president and chief executive officer of the bank, announced Gosche's appointment.
Gosche will be responsible for the management and lending function of the bank's northern trade area of Oran, Benton and Scott City.
Gosche, a graduate of Oran High School and Southeast Missouri State University, has 17 years lending experience. He has worked with Production Credit Association, Centerre Bank of Cape Girardeau, and most recently the Tamms (Ill.) State Bank. He is also a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Banking.
Gosche served in the Navy and is a Vietnam veteran.

SIKESTON Ronald C. Milbach of Sikeston has been appointed president of the Production Credit Association of Southeast Missouri.
Eugene E. Dement of Sikeston, PCA chairman, and Delbert DePriest of Steele, PCA vice chairman, announced Milbach's appointment.
The association serves farmers' short- and intermediate-credit needs in Scott, New Madrid, Pemiscot, Dunklin, Butler, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Stoddard and Mississippi counties.
Milbach also serves as president of the Federal Land Bank Association of Southeast Missouri.
Milbach started his banking career in Iowa with the Northeast Iowa PCA, and has held management positions in Oklahoma and Missouri.
He has a bachelor of science degree in business administration form Upper Iowa University at Fayette, and is a graduate of the ABA Graduate School of Commerce Lending at Norman, Okla., and the Iowa School of Banking.
Milbach will succeed Robert A. Wright, who recently retired form the position.
