Frank Stoffregen has joined Auffenberg Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge Sales & Service, 611 S. Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, as a sales associate.

Stoffregen of Cape Girardeau, owned Cape Cycle, 300 N. Kingshighway, for 17 years. He recently sold Cape Cycle to Express Cycle.

Karen A. Grebing has been appointed vice president and trust officer at Capital Bank of Cape Girardeau County.

Grebing is a graduate of Jackson High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University and UM-Rolla.

She is a graduate of numerous trust schools, including the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School.

Prior to joining Capital Bank, Grebing was associated with Jackson Exchange Bank and Trust as vice president and trust officer.
