NEW EMPLOYEES

Steven M. Green has been promoted to vice president and commercial loan officer at Capital Bank of Cape Girardeau County, headquartered in Cape Girardeau.

Green is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking in Dallas, Texas, and the Missouri School of Lending in Columbia.

Green has been associated with Capital Bank since August 1988.

Ed Welker, Cape Girardeau County supervisor of the Farmers Home Administration office in Jackson, has been named acting county supervisor for Bollinger and Madison counties.

Gary D. Harris, former supervisor for Bollinger and Madison counties, has been reassigned FmHA appraiser for Southeast Missouri.

Welker will work out of both the Marble Hill office, 406 E Main, and the Jackson office, 815 Highway 25 South.
