NEW EMPLOYEES

Dargan H. Marr has joined Ambassador Real Estate, 2861 Bloomfield Road.

Marr, a former high school teacher, is a graduate of the University of Wyoming. He served in the Air Force and has worked with the U.S. Forest Service.

Marr, his wife, Diane, a professor at Southeast Missouri State University, and son, Jacob, recently moved to Cape Girardeau from Idaho.

Dargan is joining the Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors and the Cape County Board of Realtors.

Jim Underhill has joined Auto Tire and Parts in Cape Girardeau as vice president of sales and marketing.

Underhill is a graduate of Missouri with an engineering degree. He also has a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

He worked for Anheuser-Busch for nine years as a project and plant-engineering manager.

Underhill, his wife, Sue, and children, Jonathan and Jordan, recently moved to Cape Girardeau from St. Louis.

Holly Thomas, a certified public accountant, has joined Schott & Van de Ven, Certified Public Accountants, as accounting supervisor.

Thomas is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she received a bachelor of science degree with a major in business administration. She graduated summa cum laude.

Thomas has nine years' experience with a local accounting firm. Her duties with Schott & Van de Ven are primarily in taxation and monthly client services.

Schott & Van de Ven is a full service accounting firm. It employs 23 people and has branch offices in Marion, Ill., Marble Hill and Van Buren.

Wilfong has 30 years' experience in the auto sales industry.

Wilfong and his wife, Judy, reside in Patton. They are parents of four children and have three grandchildren.
