Sikeston, Mo., native Neal E. Boyd's debut CD will be available in stores this summer a day before he appears in concert in his hometown. The CD, "My American Dream," will be available to the public June 23, the Decca Records website reports. Boyd, an opera singer, won last year's "America's Got Talent" TV show and a $1 million prize. "My American Dream" will feature full orchestra accompaniment and is produced by Simon Franglen. It will include Boyd's signature song, "Nessun Dorma," and other classic and contemporary music. In March, the Sikeston Standard-Democrat reported Boyd will appear in concert June 24 with Kenny Rogers at the Sikeston Field House. The concert will benefit the Kenny Rogers Children's Center.
