Obermeier uses illusions and music "to talk about how to be high in the natural world instead of how to be high in the chemical world," said Jana Jateff, a Community 2000 staff member.

Obermeier is scheduled to speak at 9:35 a.m. at Cape Girardeau Central High School to about 100 10th-grade students from physical education classes.

He also will speak at noon at a meeting of the Noon Optimist Club at the Holiday Inn, at 1:30 p.m. at Clippard Elementary School to students in grades 3 through 6, and at 4 at the Cape Girardeau Civic Center.
