MoDOT working on I-55, Route N bridge, Highway 34

* Bridge maintenance will reduce the north- and southbound lanes of Interstate 55 near Scott City to one lane from May 24 to 26. Work by Missouri Department of Transportation crews will take place from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. The bridge is a quarter mile south of Scott City.

* Route N in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane Wednesday and Thursday while MoDOT crews perform routine maintenance on a bridge between Route NN and Route T. Work will take place from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

* Pavement repairs will reduce Highway 34 in Bollinger County to one lane Monday. Work on the section of road from Highway 51 to County Road 402 will take place from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
