MoDOT reports water-covered roadways
The Missouri Department of Transportation is urging motorists to take caution when traveling flooded routes in Cape Girardeau, Scott, Bollinger and Perry counties. Several roadways in Southeast Missouri now have water over them due to heavy rainfall. Several roadways in Southeast Missouri now have water over them due to heavy rainfall.
According to a department news release. roads that have water over them include Route P between Delta and Perkins and Route E near Oak Ridge in Cape Girardeau County, Highway 34 near Glenallen and Highway 51 near County Road 800 in Bollinger County, Route Z in Scott County and Route E in Perry County
