MoDOT closes several roads due to flooding

Several roads and highways have been closed due to flooding. The following is a news release issued by the Missouri Department of Transportation:

SIKESTON - The Missouri Department of Transportation has closed routes in Southeast Missouri due to the recent flooding. Several routes have water over them but have not been closed and motorists are urged to use extreme caution and plan alternate routes.
