The "I'm Pet Friendly" license plate is being offered for the second year by the Missouri State Humane Association. ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Missouri has a personalized license plate for drivers who want to help reduce pet overpopulation.

The "I'm Pet Friendly" license plate is being offered for the second year by the Missouri State Humane Association. So far, sales have generated $20,000 for a statewide spay/neuter fund held by the Missouri Department of Agriculture.

One-year or two-year plates may be purchased or renewed by mailing a $25 or $50 donation and a completed form to the Humane Association in St. Louis.

The form is available on the group's Web site at www.mostatehumane.org.
