HOLLISTER, Mo. -- A man who was driving a packed church van when it overturned into a creek last week in southwest Missouri has died after he stopped breathing at his home.

Taney County Coronor Kevin Tweedy said 32-year-old Nathaniel David Mitchem was having a normal conversation with a relative Friday night when he asked the relative to call 911. Mitchem was rushed to a hospital, where he died.

Mitchem's injuries from the Wednesday's accident were deemed minor, but Tweedy said he will try to determine whether something related to the accident caused his death.
