The Scott County University Outreach and Extension Service will hold a meeting on estate planning Feb. 20 at the Fisherman's Net restaurant in Sikeston.
The meeting will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration fee is $10 per person or $15 for a couple. The fee doesn't include lunch.
The program will cover estate taxes, probate and probate taxes, treating heirs fairly, wills, trusts, non-probate transfers, gift taxes and estate planning objectives.
The presenter is Ron Plain, university extension agricultural economist from Columbia.
