"We have been approved for the three pipes," Blumenberg said. "The three culverts damaged by floodwaters are located on County Road 401, County Road 208 and County Road 301."

Blumenberg said the FEMA representative praised Richard Wallace, county road and bridge superintendent, and Lori Lewis, secretary for the road and bridge department, for having the flood damage information well-organized and ready.

Blumenberg said county officials are still awaiting word on the reimbursement for labor and gravel to fix county roads that were covered with flood water and a culvert on County Road 521.
