MISS WINTER PRINCESS PAGEANT SET

SIKESTON -- The Miss Winter Princess Scholarship Pageant, a preliminary to the Miss Missouri-Miss America Pageant, will be conducted March 16 in the Sikeston High School Field House.

The event is sponsored by the Sikeston Area Chamber of Commerce. All judges will be from out of the area.

The pageant is open to all women 17-24 who have never been married. There is no entry fee. Contestants will compete in four categories: interview, talent, swimsuit and eveningwear.

The queen will represent Sikeston at the Miss Missouri Pageant in June in Mexico, Mo. For more information, call Vivian Johnson at 573-471-7833.
