Meadow Heights grad finishes Marine training

Marine Corps Pvt. Jeremy S. Mayfield, son of Tammy L. Ainsworth of Troy, Mo., and Jerry S. Mayfield of Patton, Mo., recently completed 12 weeks of basic training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, Calif. Mayfield is a 2003 graduate of Meadow Heights High School of Patton.

Advance man completes Navy basic training

Navy Seaman Apprentice Matthew A. Ward, a 2003 graduate of Advance High School, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Ill.

Sikeston man graduates from Coast Guard center

Coast Guard Seaman Apprentice Blake Wilson, son of Susan M. Vickers of Crawfordville, Fla., and Philip C. Wilson of Sikeston, Mo., recently graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Recruit Training Center in Cape May, N.J. Wilson is a 2001 graduate of Sikeston High School.
