A meeting to discuss plans for the baccalaureate service for this year's graduating class from Cape Girardeau Central High School has been set for Feb. 7 by the Cape Girardeau Ministerial Alliance.

Senior students and their parents are encouraged to attend the meeting, which will be held at 7 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, 321 Caruthers.

This is the second year the Ministerial Alliance has been the sponsoring group for the baccalaureate service. Last year, over 1,000 people attended the event which was held at the Holiday Inn Convention Center.

Plans call for this year's service to be held at that location on June 5, the Sunday before graduation.
