MCCLURE, ILL. HOMECOMING IS SET FOR SATURDAY

McCLURE, Ill. The McClure Homecoming Association will sponsor the 15th annual homecoming event Saturday.

The morning program will be from 9:30 to noon in the McClure Grade School cafeteria.

A meeting and social time will be held from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Purple Crackle in East Cape Girardeau. Cost is $10 per person for dinner, coffee and tea. A band will provide music for dancing.

The class of 1941 will be honored on its 50th anniversary, and a special recognition will be held for Troy Robertson and Imogene Abernathy.
