ANNA, Ill. -- Mayor Ken Kohler and three incumbent councilmen were re-elected to four-year terms Tuesday in Anna's municipal elections. Kohler received 797 votes to challenger Amon Lee "A.L." Jackson's 645 in the mayoral race. ANNA, Ill. -- Mayor Ken Kohler and three incumbent councilmen were re-elected to four-year terms Tuesday in Anna's municipal elections.

Kohler received 797 votes to challenger Amon Lee "A.L." Jackson's 645 in the mayoral race.

Eight candidates were vying for four, four-year Anna City Council terms, with Lawrence Boyer (680 votes) joining incumbents Roy Dillow (917 votes), Dave Tellor (866 votes) and Glen Rosson (802 votes) as the winners.

Other City Council candidates included Allen James (653 votes), Rick Tweedy (406 votes), Ray Plott (415 votes), Albert Lence (412 votes).

Voter turn-out was nearly 28 percent as 2,049 of Anna's 7,445 registered voters went to the polls.
