ST. CHARLES, Mo. -- A massage therapist is facing allegations in three separate venues that he secretly videotaped women as they changed clothes.
Kirk Jackson, 38, of St. Charles faces 19 charges of invasion of privacy.
In St. Charles County, authorities allegedly found 140 videos of women in bathroom stalls, tanning beds and massage therapy rooms.
He was already in custody on those charges when Chesterfield police learned of possible crimes at a business in their city.
In St. Louis, police say Jackson secretly videotaped nude or partly nude women while he was working at Gateway EDI, where he was hired to perform services for employees.
