The Cape Girardeau Municipal Band will perform Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the Capaha Park band shell.
The concerts has a John Phillips Sousa theme and features several Sousa marches, including "Washington Post March," "The Free Lance March," "El Capitan" and "Stars and Stripes Forever."
Special guest conductor is Bill Lewis of Wimpy's Restaurant.
The program includes "Light Cavalry Overture" and selections from the musical "Music Man."
The concert is free and sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department. Ronald Nall is the director. Those attending are asked to bring a lawn chair.
