March trial set for Monia in Cape County
Former Cape Girardeau businessman Keith Monia will go before a jury in Cape Girardeau County next year. Judge Benjamin Lewis on Monday set Monia's jury trial for March 30 in Jackson. Former Cape Girardeau businessman Keith Monia will go before a jury in Cape Girardeau County next year.
Judge Benjamin Lewis on Monday set Monia's jury trial for March 30 in Jackson.
Monia faces charges of financial exploitation of the elderly, forgery and theft in Cape Girardeau County. He has similar charges against him in Scott and Stoddard counties.
In addition to the March trial date, Monia has jury trials scheduled in October in Scott County and in January in Stoddard County.
