A Cape Girardeau fast food restaurant employee faces a felony charge and four other employees may also be charged after police discovered the employees may be illegal immigrants.

After getting several complaints that Chik-Fil-A, 3333 Gordonville Road, had illegal immigrants working there, Cape Girardeau police investigated and found that Enrique Diaz-Rey had illegally forged documents to work there, according to police spokesman Darin Hickey. Police received five reports about illegal immigrants, but only Diaz-Rey had been arrested as of Tuesday afternoon, Hickey said.

Diaz-Rey was arrested Dec. 13 on felony forgery charges and is in the Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $6,000 cash bond. He faces up to seven years in prison if he's not deported.
