CAMPBELL, Mo. -- A Campbell man got a deal recently that turned a losing lottery ticket into $5,000. Rondal Fisher Jr. entered a Missouri Lottery Scratchers ticket he bought earlier this year in a second-chance drawing online as part of the Missouri Lottery's "Deal or No Deal" promotion. Fisher was one of six winners in Missouri and one of 124 from across the country. The top prize among Missouri's six winners was $25,000. Fisher came away with $5,000. The winners were flown to Hollywood, Calif., for a four-night stay and given $500 spending cash. Along with the prize came a chance to be a contestant on the game show "Deal or No Deal," although ultimately none from Missouri won a spot on the show.
