A Cape Girardeau man was arrested early Friday morning on a warrant for statutory sodomy. Stanley T. A Cape Girardeau man was arrested early Friday morning on a warrant for statutory sodomy.

Stanley T. Oakley, 30, was arrested about 4:30 a.m. by the Cape Girardeau Police Department, according to an email from Sgt. Adam Glueck.

A juvenile victim and her mother reported in April that the girl, who is younger than 17, allegedly "agreed to and engaged in a sexual act with Oakley," Glueck said in an earlier email.

The warrant was issued Monday after an investigation.

Judge Gary Kamp set Oakley's bond at $45,000 cash or surety, and set the conditions Oakley have no contact with the victim and stay more than 500 feet from the her home or place of employment, online court records show.
