He voluntarily agreed to return to the United States and was brought back to St. Louis Thursday by the FBI. The St. Louis County prosecutor's office says the 38-year-old is charged with eight counts of sodomy and two counts of sexual misconduct against a child under the age of 12.

Borja fled from the suburb of St. Ann in 2004, and went to Seoul, Korea, before heading to the Philippines.
