When they arrived, the deputies found Brown lying on the garage floor, bound at the wrists and ankles with commercial zip ties.

Also at the home were a woman and another man. The woman told the deputies there had been an argument during which Brown had struck her with a baseball bat. According to the report, her right ankle was red and swollen.

The man said he pushed Brown out of the house and tied him up after the suspect hit the woman with the bat.

On Friday, Brown was released with a court appearance set for 9 a.m. Wednesday.
