KENNETT, Mo. -- The Dunklin County Sheriff's Department recently ended a missing person's search with the discovery of a body on the Varner River ditch bank.
According to a report by the Dunklin County Sheriff's Department, Dunklin County Communications received information of the missing man at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday.
Dickie Graves, 46, of Kennett had been missing from his residence since Saturday evening.
The missing person search ended about 10 a.m. Wednesday, as family members of Graves found his body on the river ditch bank, which is about a half-mile from his residence, according to the department's report.
Dunklin County Sheriff's Department personnel and the county coroner were called to the scene.
Officials said no foul play was suspected and that Graves had a history of health problems.
The body was removed from the scene by the Dunklin County Coroner, with assistance from the Dunklin County Sheriff's Department personnel.
