Broderick C. Gormley, 19, of Glencoe, Missouri, has been charged with felony invasion of privacy for filming a video of consensual sex and placing the video on the Internet, both without the woman’s knowledge.

Gormley taped the act by hiding a phone between two stacks of papers on his desk located in Towers East on the Southeast Missouri State University campus, according to a probable-cause statement from the Southeast Missouri State University Police Department. He posted the video on two porn sites, according to the report.

The video was taped in September 2014, but the victim did not find out about its existence until January, according to the statement. She asked Gormley to remove the video from the sites, but she told police it has not yet been removed.
