CARTHAGE, Mo. (AP) -- A Carthage man is charged with three counts of involuntary manslaughter in a one-vehicle crash that killed three people, including an infant.

Carthage police said Tuesday that 22-year-old James Myers was chasing a vehicle operated by Wayne McAfee after the pair got into an argument outside a convenience store Sunday night.

The 19-year-old McAfee, 4-month-old Neil Wayne McAfee and 3-year-old Jasmen Schlecter died when his Ford Bronco left the road and rolled several times, ejecting everyone in the vehicle. Three other passengers were injured. None of the six people in the vehilce was wearing a seatbelt. All were from Carthage.

Autopsies for the three dead are scheduled for later this week.

Myers is still in custody.
