SIKESTON, Mo. -- A man is in custody after an alleged knife attack.
Adam Green is charged with second-degree assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon in connection with an alleged assault with a knife. Green's bond is set at $10,000.
According to the Sikeston Department of Public Safety, the incident occurred at 12:11 p.m. Sunday at a house in the 200 block of Moore Street. Green is accused of cutting a man on three fingers of his hand.
Capt. Bill Mygatt of the Sikeston Department of Public Safety said Green had recently moved to Cape Girardeau and returned to Sikeston to retrieve some property, where a disagreement occurred.
The victim was taken to Missouri Delta Medical Center in a private vehicle for treatment of his wounds.
