While one remains at large, authorities have identified the man arrested in a shooting incident in Cape Girardeau as local 17-year-old Kalum Jabreel Campbell.

Campbell was charged Tuesday with unlawful use of a weapon, and he was being held on a $50,000 bond at the Cape Girardeau County Jail, according to Cape Girardeau Police Department spokesman Jason Selzer. Selzer said he had no new information on the ongoing investigation.

Cape Girardeau police responded to a call at 3:45 p.m. Monday that shots had been fired in the area of Bloomfield and Hanover streets. While en route, officers were told there were two shooters involved, and descriptions were given of the suspects, police said.

No one was known to be injured in the incident that took place in the 900 block of Bloomfield Street near B&H convenience store.
