EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Charges are pending against a driver accused of hitting a pedestrian intentionally.
The East Prairie Police Department is reporting Colby Durst is facing several charges in connection with an incident at 2:58 p.m. Sunday.
According to police, officers were notified a woman was struck intentionally by a vehicle driven by Durst.
Durst reportedly fled the scene and later fled from officers when contacted.
He was located soon, however, and taken into custody, according to a news release.
The victim was hospitalized for her injuries.
