She posted more than a 30 percent increase in November and was awarded the bonus by Tony Stephens, West Park Mall manager.

The bonuses are the result of a special incentive program developed by West Park Mall's corporate parent CenterMark Properties. The program, known as "Jingle, Jingle," was designed to encourage retailers to reach sales goals in the months of November and December.

The December winner will be announced later this month.
