PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Mineral Area College's pharmacy technician program will move to the college's Perryville location.
Anyone interested in the three-month training program should attend the class interview and meeting at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 28 in the Perryville Higher Education Center, 108 Progress Drive, according to a news release from
MAC.
The program starts in late April and ends in late July, the release said. Support specialists help with job placement, the release said.
Candidates who submit an application and take the WorkKeys exam on or before Jan. 28 will be interviewed that evening for a class seat. The program will continue to accept applications and exam scores until Feb. 7 if any seats remain, the release said.
The WorkKeys exams can be taken by appointment at Missouri Career Centers, the release said. It also can be taken by appointment at Perryville Higher Education Center at 10 a.m. Jan. 27 by calling Tina Miller at 573-518-3840 or Alison Sheets at 573-518-3820, the release said.
