Along with the regional representatives, the State 4-H Council consists of eight state officers and representatives. The Council members plan and implement Teen Conference and State 4-H Congress.

"Council members have a tremendous leadership role in 4-H," said Alison Copeland, state 4-H youth specialist and Council advisor. "They represent the voice of 4-H youth throughout the state and help determine direction for 4-H youth development programs. Their leadership skills are put into practice by planning and implementing two major 4-H events."
