LOCALS AT FARM BUREAU MEETING SHINE; SIEVERS RECOGNIZED IN YOUNG FARMERS PROGRAM

JEFFERSON CITY -- Stanley Sievers, Jackson, was recognized as runner-up in the Young Farmers and Ranchers (YF&R) Achievement Award at the 85th annual meeting of the Missouri Farm Bureau Dec. 5-7 in Osage Beach.
As runner up for the top YF&R award, the Sievers was presented a plaque by Missouri Farm Bureau President Charles Kruse, recognizing his achievements in farming, management and leadership.

David and Leslie Herbst, Chaffee, were winners of the Young Farmers and Ranchers Achievement Award.
