The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department will be holding its first Annual Youth Lock-In for ages 8-12 on Saturday, Nov. 14, at the Osage Community Center from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Several activities are planned including a hayride at Pioneer Orchard, games, movies an several other exciting activities and contests. The first annual event is open to the first 35 boys and girls. Sponsors include Wal-Mart Supercenter, SEMO Specialties & Sports, and McDonalds. Fee is $20.
