CAPE GIRARDEAU -- A support group for parents of children with disabilities will meet Wednesday at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
The Parent's Support Group for Special Kids is being formed by a Scott City couple whose son has cerebral palsy. Tom Miller said the group will meet once a month.
"Our goal is for parents to be able to meet and discuss any problems they're having," Miller said. "We'll also try to have guest speakers."
Parents with children who are afflicted with any type of disability may attend the group, he said.
Wednesday's meeting will be held in the west conference room at the hospital from 7 to 9 p.m. For more information, contact Miller at 264-2237.
