A warrant has been issued for a Cape Girardeau man charged with statutory sodomy.

Stanley T. Oakley, 30, is being sought after an incident reported by a juvenile victim and her mother in April, according to an email from Sgt. Adam Glueck of the Cape Girardeau Police Department.

Glueck wrote the victim, who is younger than 17, allegedly "agreed to and engaged in a sexual act with Oakley," who is known to the victim.

The warrant was issued Monday after an investigation.

Online court records show Judge Gary Kamp has set Oakley's bond at $45,000 cash or surety, with the conditions Oakley have no contact with the victim and stay more than 500 feet from the victim's home or place of employment.
