* 525 Louis St. Repairs are almost complete by owners Larry Cope and Curtis Kelly.
* 1120 S. Ranney Ave. Owners Claude Bedell and Kenny Campbell have promised to rebuild the home.
* 522 Rear S. Ellis St. Owners Richard and Carol Cochran are remodeling this fire-damaged dwelling.
* 1004 Hickory St. The city will demolish this home with the consent of owner Helen Edwards.
* 415 S. Sprigg St. Owner Candace Rodgers will demolish this fire-damaged home.
* 416 N. Frederick St. Owner John Perry plans to remodel this fire-damaged home.
* 516 N. Middle St. Owners Bernard and Beverly Dirnberger plan to remodel this fire-damaged home.
* 402 Chelsey Drive. City officials are uncertain of the plans of owner Dale LaFont.
* 507 S. Frederick St. Owner Bruce Baker and Elite Development LLC will remodel this fire-damaged home.
* 523 N. Middle St. A fire-damaged home that DJM Investments intends to remodel.
* 319 S. Middle St. A fire-damaged home recently sold by Don Ganim to Centurion Development, which intends to repair it.
* 141 S. Louisiana Ave. A fire-damaged home that owner Jay Purcell plans to remodel.
* 2550 Masters Drive. A fire-damaged home that Blanket Properties LLC intends to remodel.
* 2312 Lombardo Drive. A fire-damaged home that owner Billy Cambron is almost finished remodeling.
* 621 Broadway. The city is awaiting word from owner Edward Dodd on his intentions for dealing with this commercial building where a wall collapsed.
* 422 Good Hope St. City officials are unsure of owner Vera Windisch's plans for this dilapidated house.
The following buildings have been issued repair to minimal property standards letters from the city within the last year:
* 514 S. Frederick St. Owners Raymond and Sharon Mitchell were directed to either repair or demolish a dilapidated garage.
* 102 N. Park Ave. No. 3. Owner Gerald Stott was ordered to fix problems that included no hot water in the bathtub or shower, a sink or faucet coming apart and a foul smell in the basement.
* 633 Broadway. Owners Guy and Renee Tomasino were directed to repair a bowed wall and other problems with this commercial building.
* 1927 N. Kingshighway Lot 48. Owner Boyce Church was directed to repair a mobile home with rotting floors, water damage under the sink and commode and a furnace that tripped circuit breakers when operating.
