LINCOLN DAY TICKETS ON SALE
Tickets to the Lincoln Day dinner are available to the public for $12. Ken Hamblin, nationally syndicated radio talk-show host, will be featured speaker. Tickets can be obtained by sending a check with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Cape County Lincoln Day, P.O. Box 1095, Cape Girardeau, Mo. 63702-1095.
