Christmas Beautification Award certificates for the 2007 Lights of the Season were distributed at a recent Jackson Business After Hours. Best overall winner for classic Christmas decoration in Jackson went to Mr. and Mrs. Don Niswonger, 222 Florence St. Titled "A Scene from a Christmas card," it received several nominations. Other winners, by ward, included the Allen Fellows home, 520 Cedar St., for Ward 1; the Gene Penzel home, 1011 Jackson Trail, for Ward 2; the Ron Martin home, 1528 Rosebud Drive, for Ward 3 and the Rob Friedrich home, 304 N. Hope St., for Ward 4.
