Thousands of books will be available for sale at the Cape Girardeau Public Library, 711 N. Clark, during its spring sale on June 1-2.
"We're having a tent sale," said library director Terry Risco, "We'll feature a variety of books, including history, mystery, and a few `semi-rare' books."
The sale will be held under a big tent outside the library. "This is the first time we've held the sale outside," said Risco.
The sale, sponsored by The Friends of the Library," will be held from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 1 and from 2 to 5 p.m. June 2.
