The structure, which is handicapped accessible, was built by Landgraf Construction Co. of Pocahontas. It includes nine rooms plus a reception area.

In case of inclement weather, the dedication ceremony will be held at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, said the Rev. Dale Trimberger, director of the center.

On hand for the dedication will be Dale Rauh, chairman of the building and of the Board of Directors; the Rev. Albert Nyland, past president of the board; the Rev. Alan Erdman, president of Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri; the Rev. Harold Rau, vice-chairman of the board; and Trimberger.

Music for the dedication will be provided by the Men's Choir of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Perryville, under the direction of Vera Hoercher.
