JACKSON -- Scott Fetterhoff has become a partner and Vicky Butler Anthony has become associated with the law firm of Lichtenegger, Payne and Weiss.
Fetterhoff joined the Jackson law firm in September 1991. He previously practiced in Hillsboro.
A native of Jackson, Fetterhoff received his juris doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a graduate of Jackson High School and received a bachelor of science degree in secondary education from Southeast Missouri State University.
Fetterhoff and his wife, the former Tracy Nall, reside in Jackson.
Anthony, a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville, was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1992. She was previously a school teacher and held positions at Dexter, New Madrid County and Windsor school districts.
Anthony, a native of Southeast Missouri, is a graduate of Parma High School. She received her bachelor's degree in business education from Southeast Missouri State University and a master's degree from Webster University at St. Louis.
As a teacher, Anthony was involved in implementing and utilizing computers in the classroom, establishing standards for development of excellence in education for her school district, and developing testing criteria for the Missouri Mastery Assessment testing program.
Anthony and her husband, Ron, are parents of a daughter, Alexis, a senior at Cape Central High School.
Lichtenegger, Payne and Weiss, at 1210 Greenway Drive, provides services to individuals, public and private corporations, and others.
Other members of the firm are John P. Lichtenegger, Richmond A. Payne and Chris N. Weiss.
