Marsha Parrish was hostess when the Beta Xi Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met in her home Oct. 23 with 12 members in attendance. President Charlotte Bess presided over a short business meeting. Marsha Parrish was hostess when the Beta Xi Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met in her home Oct. 23 with 12 members in attendance. President Charlotte Bess presided over a short business meeting.

It was announced that the Beta Gamma Chapter will host the Exemplar-Preceptor Dinner which will be held on Monday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. at the Centenary United Methodist Church in the Family Learning Center.

Members also attended the Preferential Tea held on Thursday, Oct. 26 at the St. Mark Lutheran Church in Cape.

Carole Calvin, Bobbie Woodard and Linda Metheny gave a report on their recent trip to the Beta Sigma Phi State convention held in Kansas City, Missouri on Oct. 13-15.

Marsha Parrish gave the program on their family's trip to Turkey and Greece.

Secret Sister gifts were exchanged and the swaparoo drawing was won by Char Gibbs.

The next regular meeting will be held on Monday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. at the home of Char Gibbs.
