Kow Pasture Classic

One of the weirdest events in local sports will take place May 6 in the fields near New Hamburg, Mo. -- the Kow Pasture Classic golf tournament.

Every year local teams get together to drink beer, hit tennis balls with weird clubs and raise money for the Kenny Rogers Children's Center.

This year marks the event's 21st anniversary behind Schindler's Tavern in New Hamburg.

And for course obstacles there are plenty of "kow" patties.
