`KICKS' TO OFFER POSTAL SERVICE

Stamps and other U.S. Post Office services are now available at Kicks, a card and gift store located in the Crossroads, a professional and retail shopping center at Independence and Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau.

"This will be a full-service post office contract station," said Mike Keefe, Cape Girardeau Postmaster, who announced the new service Friday. "Consumers can buy stamps, mail packages, and send certified or registered letters."

Kicks, owned and operated by Judy Wilferth, is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
