The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Academic Auditorium. The event is open to the public. Admission is free. Keyes, a former ambassador to the United Nations, is an expert on national and foreign policy issues. He worked for the U.S. State Department for 11 years. He served as president of Citizens Against Government Waste and founded the National Taxpayers' Action Day.
