Bradley Allan Miller pleaded guilty Thursday to felony unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor domestic assault in Scott County Circuit Court.
Miller, 50, of Kelso, Missouri, received a suspended sentence on both counts and five years' supervised probation. Miller was arrested Nov. 1 after an incident in which he pointed a .22 caliber rifle at his mother and brother and chased them around a vehicle before breaking the gun when striking it against a metal pole, according to a probable-cause statement by Scott County sheriff's deputy Zac Harris.
Miller said in his petition to enter a plea of guilty he has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and is on medication.
